Testers Refund Policy:

• If you buy 20 testers then 100% will be refunded if there is any problem from the testers’ side. If you ask for refund within 7 days of less completion.
• If you buy 15 testers then 75% will be refunded if there is any problem from the testers’ side. If you ask for refund within 7 days of less completion.
• If you buy 10 testers then 50% will be refunded if there is any problem from the testers’ side. If you ask for refund within 7 days of less completion.
• If you buy 5 testers then 50% will be refunded if there is any problem from the testers’ side. If you ask for refund within 7 days of less completion.

 

Note:

If there is any problem from your side before the work is completed or you have asked for a refund, then in such a situation the refund money will not be returned. 

• But if for some reason there is a problem and your work has not started yet, then if you want, you can get testing of other applications done.
• But if your work has started and there is any problem with your App, then you will have to pay some fees, only after that you will be able to test some other App.

That’s why you should think twice before buying a tester. 

Other JSR Services

Refunds are not available on Digital products through JSR Services.

• Refund is available only on the app, if you want a refund within 24 hours, 80% will be refunded.
