Testers Refund Policy:

 

• if you buy 20 testers. if testers not download your app and not start work timely. then 100% money will be refunded ,If you ask for refund within 7 days. (check note section)
• if you buy 15 testers. if testers not download your app and not start work timely. then 75%% money will be refunded ,If you ask for refund within 7 days. (check note section)
• if you buy 10 testers. if testers not download your app and not start work timely. then 60% money will be refunded ,If you ask for refund within 7 days. (check note section)
• if you buy 5 testers. if testers not download your app and not start work timely. then 50% money will be refunded ,If you ask for refund within 7 days. (check note section)

Note:

If there is any problem from your side before the work is completed or you have asked for a refund, then in such a situation the refund money will not be returned. 

• But if for some reason there is a problem and your work has not started yet, then if you want, you can get testing of other applications done.
• But if your work has started and there is any problem with your App, then you will have to pay some fees, only after that you will be able to test some other App.
• if your testing reject by some reason then i will start again total free your work.

That’s why you should think twice before buying a tester. 

Other JSR Services

Refunds are not available on Digital products through JSR Services.

• Refund is available only on the app, if you want a refund within 24 hours, 80% will be refunded.
